If you’re driving past the end of the Rail Bridge and you see a wee orange boat moored a way out in the Tay, close to the piers of the bridge....spare a thought for Jim (World of Warcraft ace) who will almost certainly be on board the vessel, his friend Hector the seagull, and the other crewman as well as those working on the barge supplying all the materials for the bridge renovation .
